New safety barrier: GUARDRITE POLYMER from Rite-Hite

GUARDIRTE POLYMER BARRIER: what is it?

GUARDERITE POLYMER is a safety barrier made from impact modified propylene. Solid and practical, this product effectively replaces steel barriers to protect pedestrians, goods, machinery and products within an industrial area.

1- GuardRite Polymer LD

The LD model is designed to withstand light impacts ranging from 15,000 lbs at 2 mph. It is composed of :

• Black polymer poles with a height of 48″
• 2 yellow polymer safety rails, 4″ in diameter each.

2- GuardRite Polymer HD

The GuardRite Polymer HD Safety Barrier stops medium impacts ranging from 30,000 lbs. at 3 mph in high forklift traffic areas. She is made of :

• 48″ tall black polymer poles;
• 1 x 4″ diameter yellow polymer rail;
• 1 x 6″ diameter yellow polymer rail;
• 1 reinforced yellow polymer rail, 6″ in diameter.

3- GuardRite Polymer HD Plus

This model, particularly robust and flexible, is recommended in high traffic and exposed areas where there is heavy machinery. It is composed of :

• 48″ tall black polymer poles;
• 1 x 4″ diameter yellow polymer rail;
• 1 x 6″ diameter yellow polymer reinforced rail;
• A 12″ high bottom rail.

4- GuardRite Polymer HDXL

This model offers protection against hazards at height such as falling pallets. It is composed of :

• 120″ tall black polymer poles
• 5 x 4″ diameter yellow polymer rails;
• 1 x 6″ diameter yellow polymer rail;
• 1 reinforced yellow polymer rail, 6″ in diameter.

5- GuardRite Polymer HDXL Plus

This model offers protection at height in high traffic areas. It is composed of :

• 120″ high polymer poles;
• 5 x 4″ diameter yellow polymer rails;
• 1 x 6″ diameter yellow polymer rail;
• 1 lower rail 12″ high.
