The TS-5000 Trailer Stabilizer complements the existing stand holder. Underused or rusty crutches can sag under extreme loads. Well positioned under a semi-trailer parked at the loading dock, the outrigger supports a static load of up to 63,500 kg (140,000 lb)! Its wide top plate (168 cm or 66 in) and two vertical supports absorb the kinetic energy generated by the collapse of the legs and thus limit the risk of the front of the trailer sagging or tipping.
Additional support for heavy and irregular loads
When forklift loading at the front of a trailer, the trailer can become unbalanced and tip over. A heavy load that is not evenly distributed at the front can also cause this tipping over. The TS-5000 Trailer Stabilizer helps prevent trailer rollover and tipping.
Supports 65% of trailer width
The TS-5000's 66" (168 cm) top plate covers 65% of the total trailer width (102" [259 cm]) and more than half of a 122 cm (48") pallet loaded on one side. This extra-wide top plate provides safe and stable support, especially for uneven loads that increase the risk of the trailer tipping over.
