TS-2000 Trailer Rack
Stabilizes trailers during loading by eliminating dangerous movements. Increased safety for operators and rolling stock in trailers.
- OSHA Regulation 1910.178: Fixed cylinders may be required to support a semitrailer and prevent it from tipping over during loading or unloading when the trailer is not coupled to a tractor.
- TTMA Technical Bulletin No. 57: It is recommended that one or more suitable stabilizing devices be used at the front of the trailer in all cases where a trailer is being loaded or unloaded.
- AIAG 3.3.6 Shipping and Receiving Manual: Trailer stands are required for "offset axle" trailers to provide support in the event of landing gear failure.
TS-2000 trailer racks are designed to fit most types of trailers that can access your loading docks. They have a total retracted length of 1,065 mm (42 in) and a total extended length of 1,400 mm (55 in), and a static load capacity of 45,400 kg (100,000 lb).
Underused or rusted landing gear can collapse under extreme load. The TS-2000 Trailer Rack ensures that the trailer is held in place and minimizes this risk. In addition, when forklift loading at the front of a trailer, the trailer can become unbalanced and tip over, risking tipping over. The TS-2000 trailer rack helps prevent this dangerous situation.
