FasTrax® XL high-speed door
Expanded format for oversized openings requiring speed and robustness. Fast performance, accommodating bulky equipment while maintaining energy efficiency.
TRUE Auto Re-feed – after an accidental impact, the door automatically re-inserts into operation without human intervention, keeping the door closed, environments separated at the opening and downtime kept to a minimum.
Safety built in by design with multiple devices, including standard soft-breakaway technology, through-beam photocells, and optional motion detection.
Regardless of the size of the door, laser or infrared sensors are a great addition to improve safety and efficiency. Available for the FasTrax XL, these laser and infrared sensors lead the industry in accuracy and reliability. Ask your representative about available sensor options.
Simpler, Wider Design - Designed around a single operational platform and drive system, the FasTrax XL is made to withstand harsh environments in large door opening applications.
The SCW Wash-down curtain wall is made of 510 g/m² white vinyl. Velcro seams and straps are replaced with airtight and watertight heat-sealed seams, as well as double-rail slide-out fasteners between the panels, eliminating any risk of bacteria, mold, mildew, or mildew growth. All components and fasteners are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The optional Clean Track system also helps to prevent mould and mildew growth.
Do you want better visibility into dock performance for safety and productivity?
Rite-Hite's advanced Door-Commander™ controls provide connectivity with Rite-Hite ONE*. Connecting to this digital platform provides real-time visibility and data, enabling informed maintenance decisions, reducing inefficiencies, and helping to prevent security incidents.
- Security: Real-time alerts sent to any device to identify and stop unsafe behavior, such as:
- Door inversions
- Excessive opening time
- False door activations
- Productivity: Analytics collected on each shift to identify bottlenecks and optimize operations, such as:
- Total Cycles for Data-Driven Maintenance Decisions
- Use of equipment to determine under- or over-utilization
- Automatic opening/closing malfunction
- Availability: Visibility into the status of connected devices and their service history, such as:
- Definition of equipment condition (out of service or immediate repair required)
- Downward performance trend (cycles, usage, service history)
- Documentation and recording of maintenance interventions and events
