Simple and reliable FasTrax design – Clean design from top to bottom.

One-piece radial crossmember – Machined from a solid block of UHMW plastic. Meets USDA and FDA standards as well as GMP requirements for cleaning. Exactly what you'd expect from a Rite-Hite high-speed door.

Smooth polypropylene door liner – Superior resistance to acids and bases, and lower water absorption rate than vinyl and urethane. Highly resistant to mold. Excellent washing performance, even with aggressive cleaning agents.

Non-corrosive Lexan and UHMW side frames – Lightweight and easily removable to meet government washdown and bacterial control standards. The frames are spaced from the wall to minimize surface-to-surface contact, reducing areas conducive to bacteria growth.

Wash-Resistant Drive System and Controls – Fully sealed and protected for worry-free controlled cleaning.
