FasTrax Cleaning

The FasTrax Wash Door delivers all the high-speed performance you've come to expect from FasTrax, with a total commitment to flawless cleanliness. It is the washing door par excellence. From the top rail to the side frames to the cladding, every part, every component, every system is designed specifically for clean environments.

How to Clean a FasTrax Wash Door

The FaxTrax Wash Down door design reduces areas and materials that can trap and hold particles and bacteria, and each element is designed for quick, easy, and thorough cleaning.

Connected industrial doors

Gain unified safety, maintenance, and operations insights with a shared view of the performance of all teams. Move from reactive patching to data-driven service scheduling with service history, diagnostics, and alerts on a single platform. Detect risky behaviors before they become an incident with detailed event tracking, while quickly addressing root causes.
Security
  • Built-in security by design with multiple protection devices, including standard Soft-Breakaway technology, through-beam photocells or a light curtain (depending on the size of the door), as well as optional motion detection, making FasTrax a simple and safe choice.
  • Pairing the FasTrax Wash Down door with a high-precision laser or infrared sensor improves the integrity of operations requiring a true commitment to safety and performance. Ask your representative about available sensor options.
  • Design
  • Simple and reliable FasTrax design – Clean design from top to bottom.
  • One-piece radial crossmember – Machined from a solid block of UHMW plastic. Meets USDA and FDA standards as well as GMP requirements for cleaning. Exactly what you'd expect from a Rite-Hite high-speed door.
  • Smooth polypropylene door liner – Superior resistance to acids and bases, and lower water absorption rate than vinyl and urethane. Highly resistant to mold. Excellent washing performance, even with aggressive cleaning agents.
  • Non-corrosive Lexan and UHMW side frames – Lightweight and easily removable to meet government washdown and bacterial control standards. The frames are spaced from the wall to minimize surface-to-surface contact, reducing areas conducive to bacteria growth.
  • Wash-Resistant Drive System and Controls – Fully sealed and protected for worry-free controlled cleaning.
  • Connected Capabilities

Do you want better visibility into dock performance for safety and productivity?

Rite-Hite's advanced Door-Commander™ controls provide connectivity with Rite-Hite ONE*. Connecting to this digital platform provides real-time visibility and data, enabling informed maintenance decisions, reducing inefficiencies, and helping to prevent security incidents.

    • Security: Real-time alerts sent to any device to identify and stop unsafe behavior, such as:
      • Door inversions
      • Excessive opening time
      • False door activations
    • Productivity: Analytics collected on each shift to identify bottlenecks and optimize operations, such as:
      • Total Cycles for Data-Driven Maintenance Decisions
      • Use of equipment to determine under- or over-utilization
      • Automatic opening/closing malfunction
    • Availability: Visibility into the status of connected devices and their service history, such as:
      • Definition of equipment condition (out of service or immediate repair required)
      • Downward performance trend (cycles, usage, service history)
      • Documentation and recording of maintenance interventions and events
