The Edge-O-Dock Mechanical is a convenient and affordable solution for improving loading and unloading operations. Attached directly to the edge of the dock, it creates a safe and smooth transition between the dock and the trailer, facilitating the passage of handling equipment such as forklifts.

Mechanical dock levellers are made of high-strength low-alloy steel for added durability. Compared to traditional EOD models, the Rite-Hite Edge-O-Dock Leveler offers a more ergonomic and upright working position, allowing for easy activation without having to bend excessively.
- The ergonomic linkage system positions the leveler control handle in a more upright position, protecting personnel by avoiding the need to lean out of the loading dock or bend back excessively to operate it. The hinge design allows the handle to be pulled a shorter distance (compared to competitive models) to activate the rim.
