Eclipse®
Innovative design optimizes sealing and access to the loading dock. Superior performance combining climate protection and operational efficiency.
Ensuring a perfect seal around trailers arriving at a loading dock can be complex, but Rite-Hite has the solution! In a single piece of equipment, the Eclipse dock shelter guarantees an optimal and uniform seal over the entire height of the sides, top and corners of the trailer. It provides effective side sealing with durable GapMaster™ hooks that wrap around swing-opening trailer doors and eliminate hinge gaps representing more than two and a half feet of free air if not sealed. On the top, a unique weighted curtain exerts a pressure of more than 45 kg across the entire width of the roof: this gravity system maintains constant contact with the trailer during loading and unloading operations, ensuring a continuous seal.
At the corners, the side curtains and weighted strip fill in gaps that are usually uncovered, while fabric corner pockets connect the sides to the roof to ensure a perfect seal and total darkness once the trailer is positioned. Finally, lip corner seals, filler pads and other components block the remaining gaps inside the dock.
Additional features
