Manual sectional dock doors can eventually warp or sag in the opening, potentially damaging panels, increasing maintenance costs, and slowing down loading operations. In addition, a defective conventional sliding lock on a manual sectional door makes it vulnerable and is an open door to intrusion. The large space thus created at the bottom of the door is then a source of heat loss.
Hold-Open™ anti-sag system
