Designed to Rite-Hite's high quality standards, classic dock seals offer traditional benefits with a range of options to increase durability and sealing efficiency.

Headrest Model: Anti-Headrest Construction* – The backless headrest, with an internal stabilizer panel, adapts to the movements of the trailer, preventing the foam from sagging over time after repeated impacts and bouncing. Headrest Model:
Head Pad Pull-Out Protection* – A unique attachment system allows the head cushion to swivel freely upwards, preventing it from being ripped off the wall by trailers when yard labourers are in use.
Top Curtain Model: Impact Resistant Top Frame* – The flexible structure resists damage in the event of an impact with a trailer coming too high.
Upper Curtain Model: Upper Curtain Stability System* – Its self-locking design improves the seal at the trailer roof and eliminates the need for wind straps. Prevents the curtain from flying off and detaching from the trailer.
PitMaster™ 4th Side Sealing System Available* – Spaces under and around the dock leveler and bumpers are sealed with optional PitMaster components, saving energy, improving cleanliness, and making it easier to pass inspections.

ArmorPleat™ Reinforced Protection – Available along the entire length of the side pads, ArmorPleat technology provides increased abrasion protection, extending the life of the dock seal. Made of high-strength, anti-friction Durathon® fabric.
Head Cushion Model: Traditional Head Cushion – The compression foam head cushion provides a direct seal with the trailer. Wear pleats at the corners provide additional reinforcement.
Top Curtain Model: Adjustable Top Curtain – Cord activation allows for precise manual adjustment of the joint based on trailer height for optimal coverage. Reinforced corner pleats provide extra protection.
Firefighter® Head Protection Available* – The optional Firefighter system prevents the head pad from burning due to heat build-up from compressed trailer clearance lights.

Triple Reinforced Wedge Boots* – Multiple layers under the friction-resistant Durathon outer fabric reinforce the corners, where the earliest and most severe damage typically occurs.
Replaceable wear components* – The corner guards and front side of the curtain are attached by Velcro and can be replaced quickly and easily, if necessary, for simple, inexpensive maintenance or upgrades.
Internal Firefighter® Technology* – Triple-layer sheet heat dissipation system in the manifold prevents burns due to heat build-up from compressed trailer clearance lights.
Blackout Top* – Mini pleats fill gaps caused by protrusions breaking the seal at the rear of trailers.
