BugShield Industrial Roll-Up Screen Door

The BugShield Industrial Roll-Up Screen Door is a mesh door designed to prevent the infiltration of harmful insects into a building. It is available in a practical sliding version for wider openings. Both BugShield door models have the following unique advantages:

The material of the curtains is made of high-strength vinyl-coated mesh, with a 17 x 11 weave and a wire diameter of 0.64 mm, available in safety yellow, red, blue and grey. Optionally, a 30 x 20 weave with a diameter of 0.33 mm is available in black or grey, as well as a 12 x 8 weave with a diameter of 0.71 mm available in black. The sealing system includes a Turn-Tite® centrifugal upper seal and an Elvaloy™ loop bottom seal. The standard recessed extruded PVC rail ensures strength and durability, with a steel option available. Polyethylene track inserts improve wind resistance and ensure smooth operation of the door. The drive system includes, for manual models, a 10,000-cycle torsion spring with handles and retaining strap, while motorized models use a tubular motor with reducer, free-fall brake and limit switches, integrated into the winding tube. Electrical ratings are 120 V single-phase 60 Hz (standard) or 220 V single-phase 50 Hz (optional), with a NEMA 4X control box equipped with a constant contact rotary switch.
